Group Booking
Appointments booked for 4 people or more require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. Appointments booked for 3 people for 6 services require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. Group bookings of 3 people or more must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointments.
Client Complaints
• We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. If there are any issues with your nails or the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can offer a solution. This may include a free touch-up or correction of the service.
• Complaints will only be accepted if they are directly related to the service provided. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper aftercare or allergic reactions.
Gift Certificates
• Gift Certificates are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the person to whom they were issued.
• Gift Certificates are valid for a set period and cannot be extended once they expire.
• Gift Certificates s cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
Compensation
• The deadline to pick up your card or use compensation is usually within 7 to 30 days. After this period, the compensation may no longer be available or additional fees may apply. Please check with us for specific details.
• The person entitled to compensation must be over 18 years old and the one who directly files the complaint. The company will not accept anyone else acting as a substitute.
